Cancelling a membership
Monthly memberships (Starter and Trader) can be cancelled at any time by emailing aj.businessdesk@gmail.com, through Razorpay's subscription link, or (for international members) from your Gumroad library. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Refunds on memberships
If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first membership payment by emailing aj.businessdesk@gmail.com. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method. Renewal payments are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid month.
Your first 7 days
While the refund window is open you can download up to 3 member PDFs to try the material. The full library unlocks automatically on day 8. If you would rather start with everything straight away, you can unlock the full library early from your members' desk; doing so waives the 7-day refund, and we email you a record of that choice. Refunds remove membership access, including downloads and Discord roles.
Digital products
E-books are sold through Gumroad and delivered instantly. Because a digital file cannot be returned, e-book sales are final; but if a file is faulty or not as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Indian payments are refunded by Razorpay to the original payment method; international payments are refunded by Gumroad. Banks can take 5 to 10 working days to show the credit.
