Who we are
AJ Trading Edge (also TradeEdge AI) is an online trading-education service operated by Aamir Junaid, an individual based in Rajasthan, India ("we", "us"). Contact: aj.businessdesk@gmail.com.
Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website, our Discord community, newsletter, PDFs, e-books or AI tools you agree to these Terms, our Disclaimer, Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, Community Rules and Cancellation & Refund Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
What we provide
Educational content about financial markets: lessons, PDFs, e-books, tools, a moderated community and an AI research assistant. We do not provide investment advice, research recommendations, portfolio management, tips, signals, trade copying, brokerage or execution of any kind, and nothing we provide should be treated as such.
Memberships and billing
Starter and Trader memberships are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. Indian payments are processed by Razorpay in INR; international payments are processed by Gumroad in USD, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable sales taxes and VAT. Prices are shown before checkout. We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 7 days' notice by email; founding members keep their launch price for as long as their membership stays active. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your account and access
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Sign-in links are sent to the email used at checkout and must not be shared. We may suspend or end access, without refund, for sharing or reselling paid materials, abuse of other members, attempts to circumvent download limits, payment fraud or chargebacks made in bad faith, or promoting tips, signals or financial products in our spaces.
Licence to our content
All lessons, PDFs, e-books, designs, software and the AJ Trading Edge name and seal are our intellectual property or used under licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning while your access lasts (and, for e-books, indefinitely for personal use). You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly post, scrape or use our materials to train AI models. Downloads may be logged and are licensed to the member who downloaded them.
AI tools
Ask Edge is an automated educational assistant. Its answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, are filtered to avoid personalised advice, and must be verified independently. Do not enter passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal information. Daily usage limits apply.
Third-party services
We rely on third parties including Discord, TradingView, Razorpay, Gumroad, Brevo, Supabase, Vercel and Groq. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their availability or content. Affiliate links are labelled.
No reliance and limitation of liability
You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and their results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading or investment loss, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our content, including redistribution of paid materials.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version, and material changes will be emailed to members. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections on licence limits, liability, indemnity and governing law survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first raise any complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Grievance Redressal). Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights, the courts in Rajasthan, India have jurisdiction.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
